How to find court records/transcripts in Canada?

I want to look up the transcript of a case from about 20 years ago. I was told this was a matter of public record but I do not know where to look. I know the province and the name of the person involved. Any help would be appreciated.
I live in Ontario and this took place in Saskatchewan, quite a distance. I was hoping for a website where I could look it up.
