I had Sprint while living in NJ we moved to Indiana while we were looking for a home here, I visited a sprint store to talk about service and Internet... they assured me they could still cover me. In fact they recommended a MYFI card for Internet which we purchased. the card worked once in a while at best while in Indiana and okay back in NJ.. we found a house and had no service at the house. some 50 to 75 calls to sprint everyone of them ending in "We will be able to fix that" or a dropped call which they don't record. after a few months of paying my bill I call and tell them I will not pay if they don't fix, I get a tech who tells me they need to place a mini cell tower in my house that gets hooked to the Internet...Okay I have your card "MYFI" he tells me that won't work..Okay?? I have to install Internet, I asked what about the myfi card They wanted me to pay to shut it down.. At this point we had no service from about 5 to 6 months. This is unacceptable , I said if you credit me for the card and all the service i will install Internet and we can get on with our lives.. again a week passes and new bill and no call back no help...back to the store where i was put on the phone with sprint where they now told me They can NOT help and I can NOT have service where I live they have no towers here.. poor to no service empty promises having to drive two miles to make a call which we lost most of the time. now sprint wants me to pay $680.00 This is insane.. Wrote to [email protected] no help... I now want to take them to court these companies are getting away with bullying folks for to long.... Rich Zito
