how to feed baby fish?

my pet fish recently gave birth to 6 newborn fish, how do I feed them? the flakes i usually feed the fish are way too big.
the species is Tropical Fish
 
i had some baby fish and they were so small you could barely see them, all i did was crunch up the flakes into a powder and drop it in the incubator rectangualr net contraption that i put them in, i don't know how small yours are and if they are that small you should put them in one of these things too so that they don't get sucked into the power filter, you probably already did, i don't know how good the incubatore grass is because they can just swim out of it, well yea they survived and seemed to be able to eat the food, unfortunately one day i forgot the heater on and all my fish died, it was so tragic, i felt so bad, hope you have better luck
 
if the flakes are too big, just crush them up a little in your fingers and sprinkle them in.
