steam distillation? for chemistry im making aspirin and i need to figure out how to extract Oil of Wintergreen which is my starting material from Gaultheria Procumbens - the plant from which the essential oil is derived. i just need to know what apparatus to use in the lab for steam distillation. or if it is possible to use a centrifuge? any help is appreciated!
