how to explain to my step sis about our dogs shouldnt breed?

My step sis has been going on and on about she thinks we should breed our dogs when they both become adults. She has a male pom and I have female akita.
She seems to think we should make another breed of dog bc other peole are doing it. Woo hooo why be like them? We would have to get a stepping stool first of all then she not one taking care of them I would bc I got the bitch. How do I explain it in her level why we shouldn't be breeding them? She really serious about this.
I have told her doesn't make a breed just a mutt. She 22 and sometimes makes no sence. If I am to breed it be another akita and one time only and that's only, ONLY if vet says its okay.
If find her in back yard she sure will be paying. Vet bills food everything child support.
I explained to her the breeding in future with another akita she laughed and said her idea was better. And she some reason thinks they come from the same breed.
 
You have explained to her that mixing two purebreds doesn't make a NEW breed right? How do you explain it to her? Simple. Its your dogs not her's and there is no way in hell you are going to participate in such a stupid plan AND that if she even thinks of going behind your back you will make her pay to have your dog spayed.

ETA: you can't get "child support" for puppies and there is NO way in hell you should even allow your bitch to be outside while in heat OR should your sister manage to get them to mate allow the pregnancy to go to term.

BTW unless your vet is also a reputable akita breeder his/her opinion on whether its ok to breed your dog means nothing.
 
I feel for you. I was actually watching a tv show and the specialist told them the dangers of doing that. Have YOUR dog spayed so it won't even be possible. I am sure you know what happens to most of the home bred dogs. If she doesn't understand it then just spay your dog. You won't need to be concered about it!
