How To Exhale Growl/Scream?

I'm 13, so obviously my voice is cracking.
I really want to know how to growl/ scream!
preferably exhale, because i would like to be able to pronounce words while i growl/scream.
So please teach me how to growl/scream and pronounce words at the same time!!!
