how to exercise for soccer?

uh...i do this every day: 50 crunches,100 lifting 10 pounds of weight,and 30 push up. in in the weekends i jog around early morning in SF i usually run on the highest hills in SF to build stamina. will this works?? if u had other ideas please tell me the routine for soccer...Xd thanks you
 
Well your leg work is pretty good, but you probably want to do some more general exericses than just lifting, push ups and crunches.

First you want concentrate on your legs, unless you are a goalie, but not neglect the rest of your body. You want to avoid heavy weights as that builds slow muscle, when what you want is fast muscle.

I would suggest varying your daily routine to get balance and keep it interesting.

Eg, maybe swim 2-3 times a week, which will give your whole body a work out. You can also do some general weight training and so on.
