How to erase all data on Nokia 3200??

Couldn't seem to find any info on the Nokia website, Google or the manual. I'm not using this phone anymore and want to give to a friend but would like to have an easy way to erase all the data. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

Just keeping my thread alive . . . . . BTW if anyone knows a quick way to erase everything and reintialize the phone that would be a great help! Thanks to all in advance.
