I haven't done sex for 4 months cuz I was abroad. Now I am back, wanna have sex with my gf, I know she will understand me, but I am just bit ashamed of ejaculating too fast cuz I havent done it for a while.
Any tips to lengthen the process ? xD

masturbate first.... actually, masturbate a few times before you meet her... works for me
 
I learned that if you feel that you are about to ejaculate, if you tug on your balls some, it will pull you away from the brink of ejaculation.
 
I have heard that masturbating prior to sex helps (ala "There's Something About Mary"). If that doesn't work just tell her you are so excited to see her you couldn't help yourself and after a bit you can do it again! Have fun.
