how to drive a mazda 3i 2010?

I want to know how to drive my mazda that has dual transmission (i think its called like that) it has automatic and i think manual,
But yeah does not have clutch.

I just want to know how to change gears and and when to change them.

So can some one help me with that i really want to know how to drive "manual"
i know it sounds weird but ok

its basically is automatic but once u get to D u can put the stick to the left that has a M with a - sign on top and a + in the bottom and i try it and it sound like a manual..!
so do i have to let go of the gas to shift of not..?
 
In automatic mode the computer does everything just like a normal automatic transmission.

In manual mode you shift but a computer does the clutch for you.
