hi, im in college but i want to develop a more refined, classic sense of style. i want to look extremely well-put together and look mature. I want to look expensive but have clothes that are reasonably priced. please let me know of how i should dress for each season to achieve this look and some online websites to check out (not just the typical nordstroms, macy's forever 21, etc).
