How to drain antifreeze on Dodge Caravan?

I have a 1993 Dodge Caravan Sport. I want to drain the antifreeze and put in fresh fluid. Problem is I can not find the drain plug.

I used to have an old ford truck that just had a plug towards the bottome that I could spin with my fingers to drain it. I assume my dodge is not that simple?
