Photoshop is a commercial product and Adobe is not giving it away for free, except for a trial.

Are you downloading the TRIAL version?

Are you just trying to get an illegal copy of the software?

So many questions on ANSWERS can barely be interpreted for an accurate response.

Photoshop is not free. However, there is a 30 day trial probably.

So, buy it or use a free alternative like GIMP. Why not use open source software instead of piracy?
