how to download adobe flash player to flash drive or burn to disc?

note: i cannot download it directly from the website. has to be from another source. that's why im trying to download it from another computer and then upload it on to another.

i'm probably going to transfer it from one pc to another. how/where would i find the .exe file in a pc?

and how can i do it from the website without the website recognizing that it's already on my pc and not downloading?
