how to download adobe flash player on solaris?

my dad works for sun and i cant use anything tht doesnt have adobe which is everyhing inculding y messager i want to download adobe flash but its diff than dowloading it on windows and u dont save the files idk wht u do so can tell me step by step and its not a sun ray its older and thnx
