how to download a full anime,..and how will i know the memory of my computer?

im using windows 2007,..and i would be really happy if someone would tell me everything which regards downloading and including computer memories,

this is the link where i can download my faved anime of all time, which is dubbed in my native language,..but the problem is,..i don't know how to get it in to my pc, lols
