how to do the timing on a honda cd 200 bently ?

hi i took the head off my honda cd 200 Bentley to have it helicoiled and on refitting the head i have forgotten what position the cams should be at tdc??? please help on where they should be
 
I am not familiar with that model, but, if its a 360 degree crankshaft (both pistons rise and fall together), then at TDC one set of lobes will be up and the other set of lobes will be down. Check for markings on the cam sprocket which usually are set up to align with the head surface
