M Mark New member Mar 2, 2010 #1 Hey hows everyone doing, what would a rountine for HIIT look like on an stationary air bike? i do cardio 6 a weeks but i usually keep it 14-16 mph for 33 mins , now i want to incorporate HIIT for the days i dont lift and do cardio .
