The only way to do an alignment on any vehicle is to take it into the shop and have them do it. They put it on a rig that uses lasers to make sure you actually tighten the bolts correctly to align it also you may need to use a "kit" to make it work either way you need the machine. Alternately if its shaking at high speeds you may want to check balancing which of course you need to take in to somewhere as well for that.
