How to do a personality questionnaire that results in an image answer?

The question sounds vague so I will clarify. I want to make a questionnaire where people can find out if their personalities match up a specific character or staff member in an online game. They answer the questions and then based on the answers they marked down, they will get an image saying "You are a blablabla!" and have my website's logo at the bottom of the image. Is there a way to make this work?
 
This can be done fairly easily. In fact, you don't even need a server-side language to do it, so long as the quiz does not have to look up or change statistics on the server. If it's client-side only, you can do it with Javascript, which is easy stuff. However your question is a bit vague as it is, I would need to know more about your specific situation or any specific problems you're having in order to help you with the code.
