me and my mom went to walmart to get new phones since our contract was up in may and we wr on a month by month thing now, and the phones we nearly free with a new contract. but found out a lady at a phone shop we went to earlier to look at our plan for us had renewed it without telling us so we are not elgible for upgrades for another 22 months and our phones are dying, any help?
