how to dispute facebook warnings?

Facebook has deleted my photo ( http://www.flickr.com/photos/papi_teddy/4924100746/ ) and send me a warning message saying that this photo contain nudity. I can't see which part of this photo so called nudity. So I repost that photo again. Once again FB deleted that photo. I sent a dispute email to [email protected] but no response. So, again I reload that photo. Now FB has deactivated my account.
I just don't understand which part of my photo contain nudity? you can't even see her body. what about on the same pose and angle, but the model wearing a bikini, does that photo also contain nudity? you can't even see her bikini, if she's laying on the bed with the same angle shot.

please take a look at the photo (link above) and tell me if it really contains nudirty.

thank you

Teddy
