How to discuss something with rude coworkers?

I am 21, and have been at my job for about 2 years now. I do office work and we have a lady that is working the same posistion as me... she is very hard to work with and comes off very rude.... She has a way of answering my questions with an attitude, but not enough for me to say anything to my boss... i come across things she is doing incorrectly and when i try to address these issues with her, she wants nothing to do with it.. there is always some smart remark or some reason it was completed the way it was... she even makes things seem like they are my fault sometimes.. i understand im 21 and she is 50, but when she is doing things the wrong way she needs to be addressed about it.. I dont know if she is mad because i recently got my own office, or what the problem is.. but just now i found something she did wrong in the system we work in.. not just one mistake .. i would say about 100... but i dont even want to go talk to her about it because she makes me so mad to talk to.. HELP
Also, what she just did wrong is something i made it very clear to her not to do..
