I've been having a number of problems in my life, I'm talking 3-4 medical issues and 4-5 different mental health concerns that I've been putting off dealing with for a long time due to poor/no health insurance.
Any advise on how to actually discuss this many issues with my primary care physician, especially mental health concerns that might need to be directed to a therapist, and NOT sound like a complete utter hypochondriac?
I'm gained quite a bit of weight over the last 6-7 years (since I had my last checkup) and I'm worried hes just going to tell me that I need to loose weight and that some of these would clear up.
This is a new doctor whos never met with me before, however these are really pressing issues as I just got a promotion and theyre completely interfereing with my daily tasks. None of these problems are new, they just havent been detrimental in everyday life before.
