I have a 7 week old kitten and everytime we play she would go and bite my fingers or some other part of me. It doesn't hurt now but I know if nothing is done it can grow into a big problem. Now my question is how can I discipline her to not do that? I've heard people say use a spray bottle or flick her, but then I've heard other people say to not do either because the kitten is only going to see me as a bully and instead hiss and say NO really loud. I've been doing the latter and it doesn't seem to work so I'm started flicking her everytime she bites me.and she gives me a shocked look and I really feel bad doing it. So what is the best way for me to discipline my kitten?
The reason I have the kitten so young is because it was going to be euthanized along with its siblings so I decided to adopt her so she won't have to be euthanized.
