How To Differentiate Cancer Cells From Healthy Cells?

Is there a molecule, antigen, protein, glycoprotein, anything which is truly cancer specific and which plays no vital role in healthy cells ?

For example, Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease is caused by disformed iso-prions which are differently shaped than healthy proteins.

Is there anything different in cancer from the rest of healthy cells. All the markers that I found also exist in healthy cells but in smaller dose and they play a vital role in healthy cell.

I'm looking for a marker which exists only in cancer cells, I don't care if it exists in small quantities in cancer cells, it must exist only in cancer cells and play no role in healthy cells.

Is there such a thing, thanks.
