I'm doing chemical engineering course and my task is to make a report on designing a compressor. I'm thinking about of using centrifugal compressor because it's quite cheap ( I think). In our lectures we are not really taught on how to design it, so it's like a research thing for me. So can any one point me to any good books on designing compressors please? And since this is an assignment, the more detail and professional this report better mark will be awarded, so if anyone can give me some pointers that'd be great. Thanks =)
