how to delete the undeletable .flv file?

i downloaded a song in .flv format, when i access to delete the file, it shows file in use. i used the unlocker program too. but the file cant delete. i scan the file and shows no viruses found,
i tried in safe mode too but i can't
how can i delete the file pls help me?
