How to delete the IE "favorites, feeds, history" feature on computer?

On top of the computer i have, "file edit view favorites tools help" then 2 lines down i have the symbol that represents favorites, the star. When i click on that i get,3 words, favorites feeds history. So anyone can click on history and see what sites or email i have been talking to!!!!! very bad!! I need to know how to delete this feature, the "favorites, feeds, history?
