How to defog and keep 92 Toyota 4runner windows clear of fog?

I have a 92 Toyota 4runner it's in excellent condition. But it's raining alot here and about 45 degrees so my windows (mainly the back 5) fog up alot so how do I defog? Like what settings for the temp? Thanks
