I know this might sound a tad childish,
But it really is worrying me, and i'd love some advice.
Recently my boyfriend of one year decided
he wanted to take on the sport of Grappling.
For those of you who don't know what this is,
don't feel alone.
Because i barley know myself
All i know is it hurts, there's fighting, it's like
wrestling, and... it hurts.
My boyfriend has started his training
for MMA, [mixed martial arts] and will
get his first match within the next two
weeks. Can anyone help me out here?
I hate that he's doing this sport! I get
so worried, so easily. I don't want him
to get hurt. I know, boys will be boys.
But am i wrong for trying to protect him??
Girls, have you been in this situation?
Guys, have your girls been here?
How can i accept this sport?
Any advice would be amazing, please.

Sorry, but him being a "little hurt", is still being hurt.
Would you want your girlfriend bungee jumping with a piece of yarn?
