How to deal with mood swings ? ?

I'm on my period and I keep crying for no reason and then I'm fine and then I cry again. It's horrible !!!! I'm 13 by the way, and allso what should I say to my family when I'm around them and I start to cry, I just say I feel I'll or something like that! How do you deal with all this? Thanks xxx
