How to deal with IDIOT COMPLAINING CUSTOMERS?

we have a "INTERNET CAFE" Business.

and sometimes, there are this idiots customer's that complaining to us, when they enter or cant log in they're facebook account because they're password has been change....

oh my god...as if we are responsible in they're social network accounts??? DUHH!!!!!!!!!

what do i need to tell them if they're complaining like that???

The first thing you have to remember is that you should be nice to your customers. No matter how senseless their problem is, you need to at least listen to them. Explain to them what could cause such things. You have to understand that even in this information age, there are still those who are new to social network sites like Facebook.
