My husband has some anger issues I am having trouble dealing with. He is in the military, and stressful work days, deployments, and co-workers tend to further his anger. He is almost always on a hair trigger during a fight and I can't diffuse it. He kicks doors, punches walls, throws things, yells, ect. I don't fear in the least bit that he'll hurt me, but it's still scary and loud. Last night, our neighbors called the cops because he was yelling so loud. When I say neighbors, I mean more then one set. So what do I do? I'm absolutely not leaving him over it, nor am I afraid of him, it just makes things really difficult and tense at times. Should I ask him to go to anger management? Will it help?
