how to dance [ grind with a boy] please help my first time :)?

ok so there is this party coming up and even though i have rhythm and a butt!! i do not know how to grind with a boy [ with like fast music ] i told some of my guy friends they laughed and thought i was joking they said mad guy would love to "dance" with me but i cant !!silly right my sis and her boyfriend tryed to get me to do it but i was to embarrassed i don't feel pressured i just want to learn i am in the 8th grade so any ways does any on have tips for me thanxs :)
- if a guy starts to dance with me how do i "grind" lol my first time :)
 
lmao okay same age as u same grade. its easyyy just he will be behind u and u will be infront of u he will prob but his hands on ur hips and just move back and forth . (yes u will feel his .... in ur ass)
