How to create a "Save Image As.." Button?

Okay so i'm trying to make my own dollmaker so iit can sort of "merge" the image then when people click the 'Save" button it'll be merged down so they can open it on something.
Help?

What I mean is when people place doll props into a spot I have them to build, It saves whatever they place into the Building Box.
