How to copy music from mp3 to another mp3?

Okay so i have an mp3 that i have music on that im trying to put on another mp3 through itunes, i saved the music to a lexas flash drive and then added it to itunes to fix the names then i resaved to the flash drive to copy to the other mp3 but it says it wont give me permission to do so?? what can i do?
i use itunes because my sister has an ipod touch...
 
using itunes for somethin not an ipod is tricky, and it sounds like you went wrong when you resaved the files from itunes and put them back onto your flash drive, id suggest maybe not using itunes and instead use a more generic music program, like windows media? or even just change the file information on your flash drive, avoiding itunes altogether, find a different way than itunes basically, it works great for ipods, thats about it.
