HOW TO COOK TURTLE??

since i buy turtle for milk and find out i cannot milk a reptile i want recpiy how to cook him. I need tips on how to kill the turtle, crack shell to get the meet out and some good recipes, i want to make turtle soup I think.
 
I saw some Aborigines cook one once.

They heated up granite rocks in a fire, removed the head of the turtle, then put the hot rocks inside the turtle and lay it back down on the hot coals to cook for a few hours.

Then they removed the breast plate, and served it in the shell.
