how to cook tilapia- with minimal ingredients?

I cant find simple recepies to cook tilapia... I have the fish, the olive oil, butter, crumbs... but no lemon, parmesean, spices like parsley... Anyone have a simple easy recepie for baked tilapia that i can make? minimal ingredients? temps and cook time too please... last time i baked it, it came out DRY!

Deep fry it whole with salt and pepper. Then sautee some veggies, add sweet and sour sauce and add the fried fish.
