I don't know how to cook chicken. My dad left me these directions
Cook Ricearoni place in glass baking pan
Layer chicken over with cream of chicken around sides.
Sprinkle crushed cornflakes over all.
But he didn't leave oven temp or time. I have it in at 350f and its been in about 40 min, but I dont know how to tell if its done. Please help
I used boneless breasts.
I know how to cook just about anything, but chicken and pork always get underdone when I do them
