How do u cook crab legs and make them taste as good as they do in the restaurants? I am planning a birthday party for my man and I want to pair crab legs with the steak i am cooking.

Also, how do you keep a red meat steak from getting tough while it is cooking?
 
crab legs are cooked when you buy them (usually) so cut them lengthwise with scissors & open them like a butterfly - as the steaks are done (because meat should "rest" a min), put them on a baking sheet about 6" under a broiler w a little butter on top & cook JUST til they start to brown (or they'll dry out) Watch them carefully !
