im just curious. sunny sid eup eggs are my favorite.
but is there any other way of cooking it to make it more delicious?

You could try them over easy, which is similar to sunny side up as they are still runny, just slightly more cooked.

Over medium is another, the yolk has a more thicker consistency, and the whites are cooked all the way through.

You can always mix up a couple of eggs in a bowl, add your favorite seasonings to the mix and some cheese, then add it to a pan and scramble them up or make an omelette. Everything with cheese is awesome!

If you love sunny side up, you could take it up a notch. Take a circle cookie cutter and cut out a circle in the middle of your favorite bread. Place it on a greased frying pan, then crack the egg inside the hole. Cook it like you would your normal sunny up eggs and enjoy.

Not really otherwise it would no longer be a sunny side up egg.
The closest in appearance would be a shallow poached egg.

Keep the heat nice and low and be patient. Not to much oil either. You want the white to be all cooked but not have those brownish crusties that eggs get around the edges when the heat is too high. You may have to do a few before you get the hang of it.

Heat a greased griddle or fry pan. Slide egg into it. Right away top with a half oz. of water and cover. Cook for a minute or two. Take a peek and see if it is the way you like it.

Do it in a smallish nonstick skillet w/ a couple Tbsp melted butter or margarine (marg won't burn). Flick the melted marg up over the whites w/ a flexible spatula all around, to help them cook.

If you flick it up over the yolk, it'll turn just a bit white but still be runny. This is called "Blindfolded" in diner-speak. :-)
