I am not a good cook at all. lol. I usually just toss my chicken breasts on the george foreman grill and forget about them until they are done. But they end up not so good (imagine that? lol). They are dry & the outside gets very weird and crispy (uneatable). I love to go out to eat and get grilled chicken sandwhiches that have the meat just so tender & moist and yummy. Explain to someone who has no idea how to cook what she can do please? :) Thanks so much.

i usually dip them in seasoned flour lightly brown them put them in a baking dish with a little water in the bottom cover with foil and bake at 350 for 45 min.

You might want to steam your chicken breasts and then add a sauce and just finish off on the grill.

There are a couple ways you can produce moist chicken. First, make sure not to over cook, which is sounds like you may have done. Marinating the chicken for a few hours in anything from Italian dressing to store bought marinades will help keep chicken moist. You can also pound the chicken which will help to tenderize the meat. Neither of these techniques will help if you overcook though, so make sure you educate yourself on how long to cook chicken based on its thickness.
