I'm into cooking and I love asian/indian food, so I always have those influences in my rice.
Whenever I cook rice it's really yummy.
But when I reheat it, it tastes bad... Unnappealing to eat... And my fussy boyfriend won't touch it unless it's fresh too.
I'm no germ freak and food hygene is good here. As soon as the food reaches a reasonable temperature, off it goes into my fridge.
Anybody have an idea OTHER than making a sauce and boil rice every time I'm hungry? Something more practical?
