I've been trying to eat healthier and cut sugar out of my diet (only temporarily bc lately all of my meals everyday are composed of sugar). I'm not a good cook, and I'm a picky eater. I can easily destroy the simplest of meals. I don't want to do canned foods, so I am wondering if anyone has any foolproof quick and easy healthy recipes that I wouldn't butcher? It's hard for me to add vegetables to my food, and getting me to eat a salad takes a lot of effort. What can I do? I don't eat leftovers so I want something I can make for one. Help!
