I need a simple way to just make sure they are cooked using an oven. I bought them at super market on sale and froze them. Ive looked around and there are many options but im not making any bbq pork rib feast. Just want to glaze with bbq and put them in oven. Any suggestions for temperature, length of time cooking or a good sauce?

Cut the rack in half. Add salt and pepper. Wrap them both up in aluminum foil. Cook on 300 for 2 1/2 hours. Add bbq sauce when done.

Or cut rack in half. Put them on aluminum foil seperately (so you can wrap them up) Brush w/ bbq sauce. Wrap them in foil. Let it sit in fridge for a few hours or overnight. Then bake in oven at 300 for 2 1/2 hours.

Wrap in foil seasoned with salt, pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumino. Bake in preheated 250 degree oven for 3 hours. Unwrap and slather on your fave barbeque sauce, bake uncovered 15 minutes to warm sauce through.

:)
