i am cooking mini pavlovas for my cooking exam tomorrow at school, and i want them to be about 4 by 4 cm each, i only have one hour to do everything, how long will they take to cook and cool down, i am also whipping up cream and topping it with fruit, could nayone give me a recipe or help me in anyways
