I've been reading a little about cooking for yourself in college, and a lot of the things seem to involve boiling water. Even the supposed college staple, Ramen, seems to require boiling water. But how exactly do you go about boiling water in the little 8x8 room with one microwave they give you? It doesn't even have a sink. Do you use one of those hot plate things? (How about a George Foreman grill? I've got one of those, though I haven't used it...). Do you just have a stove you share in like a communal kitchen or something?
