I am cooking dinner for my girlfriend tomorrow night (Valentines Day) and I don't have a grill. I have filet mignon kabobs and pineapple and I want to "grill" them. What would be the best way to cook these. Seasoning and such is not a problem, just need to know how to cook them in an oven or on the stove top. Thanks Community!
