How to cook Corned beef and cabbage in crock pot?

I have a great recipe for corned beef and cabbage and now I have a ton of things to do tomorrow on top of cooking a large Irish meal. Can you please tell me how to cook it in the crock pot and for how long? Ill be adding carrots and cabbage to it. Not potatoes because Ill be making colcannon as a side dish.
